ACT 104 Principles of Accounting II

3 Credits

As a continuation of training in the fundamental principles of accounting, this course emphasizes the preparation of financial statements, the methods of accumulating data for these statements, and how the particular accounting methods which are used influence business decisions. Areas of study include depreciation methods, inventory valuation, alternative methods of obtaining capital and cash flow analyses, and the fundamental measurement and control of costs within the corporate entity.

Prerequisite(s): ACT 103  (with a minimum grade of C).
