CIM 350 Systems Analysis and Design

3 Credits

As an introduction to the analysis of business problems and the design of solutions through the use of information technology, this course examines the five essential phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Support. Students explore the use of CASE tools and are required to complete individual and team exercises that emphasize planning, presentation, and documentation skills.

Prerequisite(s): CIM 340  (with a minimum grade of C).
