PSYCH 465 Professional Development

This course is intended to assist students with career planning, including both employment and graduate school strategies. It will enable the student to utilize a self-assessment, job search, cover letter, resume and mock interview to initiate a career planning process, to prepare a portfolio for both employment and graduate school purposes, and to engage in tasks required for admission to graduate school, including writing personal statements, acquiring letters of recommendations, and taking the GREs or other relevant preparatory exams.

Prerequisite(s): Senior standing.
