SW 300 Social Work Practice With Groups3 credits
This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for social work practice with groups. Students will explore how social work professionals develop and interact with groups, and they will understand the history of the kinds of groups commonly used in social work intervention. Emphasis will be on the skills necessary to work with groups.
Prerequisite(s): SW 100 SW 210 SW 250 or permission of instructor
