MKT 310 Marketing Research and Analytics3 Credits
This course provides students with the tools and techniques needed to make data-driven marketing decisions. Students learn both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, sampling, data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation. They explore how to transform raw data into actionable insights through tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms. Students also learn how to critically assess the reliability, validity, and ethical considerations of data usage.
Prerequisite(s): BUS 202 and MKT 100
