BUS 230 Career Readiness - Envision

This course introduces students to the essential skills required for career readiness and professional growth. Topics include resume writing, cover letters, thank-you letters, and effective written communication. Students will practice interviewing skills through mock interviews, develop emotional intelligence, and learn employer expectations for workplace success. Emphasis is placed on networking, applying for internships, public speaking, and presentation skills. Students will begin compiling their professional portfolio as part of the career development process.
