BUS 430 Career Readiness - Transition

This capstone professional development course prepares students for the transition from college to the workplace or graduate school. Students will finalize and polish their professional portfolio, learn strategies for using it effectively in interviews, and strengthen written communication skills through job and graduate school applications. Topics include business ethics and workplace etiquette, networking, and advanced presentation skills. Emphasis is placed on preparing for the first year on the job, managing real-world transitions, and applying for professional or graduate opportunities.
