ATR 310 Personal Health and Disease Prevention

In this course, the student is introduced to non-orthopedic related pathologies. Identification of diseases and illness that are related to the body’s organs and systems is presented, along with treatment options and referral to appropriate medical personnel. Other areas of study include gaining an understanding of general health, assessment procedures for general medical conditions, and disease prevention.
