EDU 755 School Business Management

Students will learn about the theoretical concepts and practical skills that are necessary for successful school and district-wide business administration. Students will develop skills for appropriate allocation of funds by examining state, local, and federal systems of financing schools and their budget cycles and engaging in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of budgets. Students will prepare and analyze financial reports for the purpose of strategic planning for continuous school and district-wide business management improvement.
