NUR 305 Adult Health Nursing I

This junior-level course focuses on the application of the principles of fundamental nursing care of adults and older adults with chronic illnesses from diverse backgrounds. Students apply evidence-based knowledge with evolving clinical judgment to the provision of fundamental nursing care of adults and older adults with chronic illnesses from diverse backgrounds. Leadership strategies of professional communication and collaboration are applied for effective nursing care. Patient safety and quality of care are highlighted.
